Seabourn's fleet of ships offers a smaller, more exclusive and elegant group cruise experience, and it has successfully established itself as an "ultra luxury" cruise line, winning countless awards and receiving top ratings. More than simply marketing its
destinations, Seabourn is emphasizing lifestyle.
The Seabourn Legend offers an intimate experience that is more like sailing on a private yacht; the Seabourn Pride and
Seabourn Spirit, sister ships, also have conference facilities. The "Yachts of Seabourn" are a fitting description for ships that are 10,000 tons, accommodate only 208 guests,
and yet have a crew of 150.
Personalized service is the key, and Charlie Palmer is the line's Chef partner. Open seating in the dining rooms and alternative casual dining are
the norm, as are complimentary wines, with no gratuities expected. In 2005, Seabourn Cruises enhanced its concierge services, and also has a new personal shopper program
in place. Voyages range from 4 to 72 days. Look out for two new ships that are being built.
